    Ice cream, what flavor?

Let's see if this thread goes south. When I was a kid my dad would reward us for working our little asses off in the yard with a trip to the restuarant(I don't speak freaky deaky French) for an ice cream cone. In 1962 there were only three flavors. Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry. Strawberry looked polluted to me so it was nearly always chocolate. I did choice vanilla on occasion.
Now, because of liberal democrats there are one thousand kinds of flavors of ice cream. You don't even have to work to get some. But aside from the political aspect, what kind of ice cream do you like. It's not 1955, so don't be afraid to admit you like sherbert.

Blue Bell, any flavor. Prefer their Home Made Vanilla.

          Gelato > Ice Cream.

What's the old line .... I scream! You scream! We all scream for Ice Cream! My favorite ... Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla. Also ... recently found Bryers at Wal-Mart for the most reasonable sum of $ 2.89/carton. That is a great deal! The vanilla and the chocolate and the strawberry are excellent! Also Butter Pecan and Neapolitan. Sincerely. bruce.

We have an ice cream store here -- with a soda fountain.

There is a cavern here -- Blanchard Springs Cavern may be the largest cave in the USA. It has never been completely explored.

When you go into the ice cream store, they have flavors with creative names -- like "Blanchard Springs Bat Guano."

I e cream....how is that political? 30 years ago Baskin and Robbins used to have licorice (black color) in Oct. For Halloween. We don't do Halloween, but I did do the licorice. Used to make custard ice cream (with eggs); vanilla and peach.

Actually, I like Vanilla Bean. But if I indulge in Butter Pecan I want three bowls. Not good for me.

Butter Pecan is an outstanding flavor, no doubt.

Back in my school days at the Univ. Wisconsin, campus-made ice cream was made from the milk of the Ag School's dairy herd. One of the flavors sold was peach. That too was outstanding.

Are there any other flavors other than coffee?
