The Nigerians can do nothing (although whoever really owns that tanker may apply some pressure.) The British are another story -- they have a history of not taking any crap off Third World dictators.

After last weeks near miss I'm surprised this happened because they know that any ship going through this strait should be escorted.

NATO confines their attacks to countries that can't in any effective way fight back, like Serbia & Libya.

About the same as we got from the Norks, so far.

Somewhat improved relations aren't much, but certainly better than the previous vicious antagonism. Unfortunately, the Norks remember all too well what happened to Col. Khadafi when he gave up his nukes, nor have the Iranians forgotten that lesson.
