back to my original question about your business and business model,

        from post #21

if you are having trouble hiring, have someone look at your business and see why

is you competition struggling as well?
do you belong to any local groups (rotary etc) that have similar businesses as members? or have someone outside take at look at what you are doing as far as hiring etc,
maybe partner up with the local schools etc?

not being snarky,, just tossing out ideas

As I said before if Pebbles treats his hired hands the way he acts here WHO WOULD WANT TO WORK FOR HIM/HER?

I call BS on this statement.

Maybe your problem is that you don't want to pay enough to keep employees. You whine that these young people would rather live with Mama than work for your pay scale - analogous to people who would rather take welfare than work for a job that pays only slightly more.

Remember very few on this forum actually know one another. Anyone can make up stories of where they worked, what they currently do, their military service record, their citizenship and anything else they feel they can use to get their point across. It's usually not hard to back someone into a corner though when they can't come up with believable rebuttals or reply with comments that mean nothing.
