Is Mexico paying for it?"The first gun that was fired at Fort Sumter sounded the death-knell of slavery. They who fired it were the greatest practical abolitionists this nation has produced." ~BG D. UllmanComment

Other then "free" and snide remarks what does the National Socialists have to offer America, our Great Republic? The economy is booming, the best since I was a teenager! Locally a new business is clearing 10 acres to build the business, NOT ENOUGH WORKERS FOR BUSINESS TO FIND! The Socialist Democrats are saying to "help" the American Worker taxes have to be raised...why?

Actually the forum has subsided because a good many Trump voters in 2016 are actually decent people, and as such, they cannot go to the well for him indefinitely. They understand what an a**hole the guy is, and if they continue to support him, it's much more muted. Gone are the days when Trump would tweet and the forum would light up.

Locally we have two new gun shops opening up where there were none. Big complaint is not enough people to fill the jobs, yet the Democrats are wanting more money for "social services" to aid the "poor."

Same here in SW Florida ... and not just construction of new homes. Office and business space is sprouting like mushrooms.{while existing space remains empty and un rented}
Where I get the flack here on Culvers is when I point out that our construction boom started five years ago .
The nasty recession ended for the wife and I about 6 years ago.
Funny that this year we've made a lot less money than our first year in business and our business expenses have risen 15 % in two years.
On top of that my last years quarterly tax payments were higher than ever before .... tax break ?
Financially .... as a self employed.... I'd step back 3 years in a heart beatComment
