I see things from both sides of the street. Yes, she has nothing to prove and is free to look anyway she likes and she may feel that since she is attracting men it doesn't matter. On the other hand she was once trim and much nicer looking so why speed up the aging process with fat? My 2 cents are: she should keep herself in shape while her family is in office as being fat/out of shape is a bad reflection on them and her.

As far as the Daily Mail goes. Yes, so far her weight situation is contained to this publication. If the U.S. media gets attention of it things will spread like wildfire---it will become the MOST important thing happening in America and grounds to impeach her father.
