          Here's an interesting article about the difference between El Paso and it's neighbor Juarez. I was surprised to find out that El Paso's murder rate is lower than the town I live in so I did a little research.

          Oh, by the way do I think Mexicans magically grow angel wings when they move to El Paso. Not really. Should we allow thousands of S. Americans a month stroll into the U.S.? Absolutely not.
