Bill Richardson and Prince Andrew took the hit yesterday.

They are just the small fry probably.

Guessing there will be no more names.

His executive assistant Ghislane Maxwell, should find someplace safe to stay.

Lot more than Clinton. A lot of sick f's with money exploiting young girls.

Suicide watch must mean something different in NY.

Two words for NYC jailers: Suicide. Watch.

('trax beat me to it but still)

Of course if we discover that the security cams in the cell block have a missing segment around the expected time of death, then hoo boy.

            Russians? (yes, tongue in cheek)

At one time in my checkered pass, I worked for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in the Real Property Branch. Every time that someone committed suicide in our cells (and we had over 700 police stations in the system so there were a lot of people in the cells every day), there was a major investigation. I was routinely sent the reports to see if there were anything could be done from a real property perspective to minimize the problem. There was. Over a period of time, the cells were re-worked to that there were no hanging points available. The ceilings were built 9 feet high, the walls were smooth concrete blocks, the door was made of smooth steel and the "bed" was a platform built out of concrete blocks. There were no bars and more importantly there were no cross pieces on the bars that coud beused as a hanging point. The mattress was of a type designed for jails that were impossible to rip into strips unless you had a razor. In addition to that, the cells had closed circuit TV and a viewing port. The guards were required to open the viewing port at random intervals to ensure that the prisoners were not attempting anything. During my time with the Force, nobody successfully committed suicide in the new cells. Having said that, when i was there, we still had a lot of the older cell designs around and suicides did occur. The worst one in my mind was by a 14 year old boy who tied his long sweat sox together and hung himself on the lower cross bar of the cell bars. He then sat down on the floor and the guard thought that he was just sitting on the floor rather than on the bed. All of which is to say that suicides in jail are not uncommon, often by people who are drunk and depressed

It is my understanding that Epstein had tried to commit suicide before so he should have been put on watch. It's almost like the prison (or someone) wanted him to kill himself.

Just because it wasn't on a grassy knoll with an antique firearm, doesn't mean it was a suicide. Too many people afraid of implication, sounds a lot like Shawshank.

Yup, his personal assist better have a duplicate set of books hidden with instructions to get them to feds if anything happens. But then, wo in the feds?

Epstein had not made a previous suicide attempt. He was found with bruises from thumbs on his neck. Since it's pretty hard to choke yourself to death, someone else obviously had tried to do this. Also, it has just been reported that he had been taken off of suicide watch just before he was found dead. Who ordered this done and why? This whole thing stinks. It is beginning to sound like a contract hit.
