    The gears of Justice are grinding to a halt ...

    thanks to lawyers launching endless appeals.
    They've been at it since 1984 for this worthless individual,
    and now that they've reached the end of the appeal road
    there's another delay - the execution date. Why, instead
    of shooting him next year can't they shoot him next week ?
    They can use my Martini Henry if that helps. To quote the
    Duke, "It will blow a hole in him you could drive a stagecoach through"
