Does anyone find it “puzzleing” that one report stated that about 30 LEO’s discharged their weapons at the guy, yet he surrendered later and received NO bullet wounds?

Apparently not -- remember several years back NYC cops confronted an innocent man, demanded ID, and when he reached for his wallet riddled him? One of his wounds was in the sole of his foot -- inflicted when he was lying supine on the ground, already dead.
