The biggest one of all perhaps: Trump. He donates his salary and uses a lot of his own money for expenses. He has often commented about how much being president has cost him. Plus as being president he has no time to oversee his 500 businesses who employ 34,000 people.

Got a better idea. Trump takes his salary and pays for his own golf outings. Could also charge the same amount as BHO.
