The pointy heads who fitted them seem to have been a mite confused about which
end of the Cow the fart comes from, but I'm sure they'll figure it out eventually.

Actually, most methane comes from belches, not from farts.

Cow numbers are proportionate to human numbers. It's humans that should be checked for farts and if there is a problem their numbers should be reduced by establishing child limits like China once had. Reduce the humans and we reduce the needed cows, goats, chickens, pigs, aardvarks and orangutans. They all fart.
