Don't like to think of some of the stuff I dream about, sorry if I have got off of the wrong side of the bed. Don't mean to be contrary I just come off that way sometimes, pay me no heed.

Cuffs hurt like hell if not applied right

I have played with cuffs. They DO hurt like hell if applied too tight or positioned on the wrist. Sometimes just one extra notch or "click" is all it takes. Seeing what cops have to put up with I imagine they are applied this way on purpose sometimes.
