Was watching MSNBC and the question was asked is this possible prosecution retribution? This is a good question to ask as most FBI guys I interacted with were wound a little too tight which was OK. Climbing to the top of any organization you can step on people [and having them try and knife you in the back] or help others to come up the ladder [and they watch your back]. If he is guilty of anything AND the prosecutor is ethical he should get a fair shake in our justice system. I have seen some prosecutors who were really persecutors and others who were after the truth.
