There is a story in Arkansas. Bill and Hillary Clinton were in a graveyard registering voters. Bill found a headstone for a guy named Smythe-Baldwic. He said, "We can register this guy twice."

But Hillary said, "That would be unethical."

The dems and their vote fraud antics have let the graveyard vote slip into fourth place behind early voting, provisional voting, and alien registration. Registrars in California have been sending absentee ballots to illegally registered aliens for the last three elections. The real crime the dems love to commit is counting un-voted registrations as dem votes.

Early voting is not a problem.

Provisional voting is when a vote is challenged -- say the voter's name is not on the list of registered voters. If the voter insists on voting, he is given a ballot, and that ballot is not put in the ballot box, but in a sealed envelope. The reasons are written on the envelope. After the other votes are counted, the Election Commissioners consider the provisional ballots. If the person is determined to be a registered voter, his ballot is counted. If not, the envelope is left unopened.

Alien registration is a real problem -- and local officials in some areas connive at it.

But the most serious voter fraud is in absentee ballots. People who are not registered are registered by the perpetrators, who then request absentee ballots and fill them out. In Arkansas, we started requiring a Xerox copy of the absentee voter's drivers license, and the fraudulent absentee voting went way down.

Early voting is judged a problem if people get organized to use it to legitimately increase turnout for the the wrong party. GOP legislatures around the country are seeking to narrow its use.

Early voting and provisional votes go hand in hand where the elections board is controlled by dems. The perps have a big meal after church on Sunday. Then, everyone, kids included, get on a bus and make the rounds of voting precincts that are staffed by dems only. They all vote provisional, then they get on the bus and do it again. After the election, the count of provisional votes is zero. This practice continues until early voting is ended.

That's how it was done last time here during a special state election. Voters were bused in from neighboring states. THEY are the ones who admitted it ON CAMERA.

Maybe in North Carolina. But in Arkansas each county has an Election Commission of 3 members, two from the Majority Party and one from the Minority Party. Nowadays, the Republicans are the Majority Party and we dominate the Election Commissions in every county.

Yet somehow that bombshell failed to go viral. Had it really happened the right wing blogosphere would have amplified it until it was brighter than the sun. Allen-y.

Lyman-y. He said "last time", which hardly sounds pre-Internet, and he did not give specifics.

I like CER statements--Claim, Evidence, Reasoning.

If togor-y means being able to link claims to reality well alright then, good that there's finally a name for that around here.

Bringing it back to the OP, it's good for the Republicans to look outside their core demographic. New blood is valuable.

Been there, done that. That's why things are so screwed up now.
