      If there was a serious incident, a huge natural disaster or real terrorist/state sponsored attack, the sort of thing with uncountable casualties. That could let the dogs out and I think the 'Rats would be on the losing end. Chicago is the only major city whose water supply would be difficult to shut off. NYC, L.A.? Die of thirst, mofo's. Your water is cut off and the exits are blown. Doesn't take half of the phone book to do that.

        They should look at Singapore -- the Japanese took control of the water pipeline that supplied the city and the British had to surrender.
