    There should be limits to "Diplomatic Immunity" ...

    This Woman was driving on the wrong side of the road
    when she collided with and killed this nineteen year old.
    That would be called Manslaughter, yet she's allowed to
    skate and go home.
    Having no limits to immunity is ridiculous. How about Murder ?

    She can and should be tried in the US, under US law.

        Brazilian diplomat's son shot and killed some guy in a D.C. nightclub. Embassy claimed immunity and tried the kid in Brazil. As I recall he probably would have preferred to be tried in the U.S.

          We had a case like that here in Ottawa a few years ago. A drunk Russian diplomat hit a pedestrian and killed her. In that case, the Russians got him home and then sent him to trial in Russia. As I recall, the newsmedia reported that he was sent to jail under Russian law.
