How would you like to be the CEO of Boeing these days?

I remember talking to a Delta pilot last summer, waiting for his flight home after a 767 run to Germany. He was a Boeing guy and said that this 737 business was bad bad bad at many levels and might cause the company to split commercial and military and put the commercial side through bankruptcy. Boeing never should have moved HQ out of Seattle, and should have stayed a pilot's company. Instead of staying true to aviation they became another conglomerate using the GE mgmt playbook and look where they are now.
