    Goodbye Second Amendment

The Supreme Court just ruled that a lawsuit filed against Remington Arms can now proceed. This is the suit that followed a mass school shooting. The court's decision was made in spite of a Federal law that prohibits this. The worst part is that our so-called Conservatives sided with the libs in this decision. Of course this will open the doors for every shyster lawyer in this country to get in on the action. It looks like we will soon witness the demise of all our major firearms manufacturers.

They will have to let a few companies remain in business to furnish arms for our military and police.

Of course it is impossible to predict what will follow. One possibility is the emergence of a large scale black market in the sale of these weapons.

reading elsewhere it seems the courts decided to let the case run in the lower courts,
surely if found guilty, Rem will be able to appeal up thru the State and then Fed Supreme court,

likely the point of it all,

My understanding is the manner in which Remington advertised their DPMS rifles negated the protections of 'lawful commerce'. And the warped little monster stole the gun from his mother. Not good, but it is not attacking the manufacture AR-15s but how they're marketed.
