Stan and Ollie invite the three Stooges to testify ...

I feel guilty comparing Schiff and Nadler to Stan and Ollie
as the latter made a great contribution to the American way
of life whereas the former have done nothing except cause
mayhem and be a total waste of tax dollars in the form of their
salaries, but it was a way to show just how slapstick and
ridiculous the charade of an impeachment inquiry really is.
I never cared for the Stooges anyway.

Glad DT is enjoying the TV. The whole exercise is doing what it was meant to do, which is make it that much harder for Trump to use the government to trash his opponent in the general election. Trump can barely pick his own nose without a staffer getting involved and the expectation is that after the trial, even the political hacks in the admin will think twice about obeying orders to try another Ukraine. Oh no doubt Team Trump will attempt something but it will be coordinated on the outside like last time, through the campaign. And that carries risks too. Everyone will be watching Putin, the troll farms, WikiLeaks, the Trump campaign, etc., with a microscope. Last time there was a shred of plausible deniability. Not so anymore.

      Enjoy the show!

Just an opinion, but the Dem's have been attacking Trump non stop since the election more then ever had been done for any other winning candidate after an election and never anything of substance.. I feel they are making a big mistake continuing to do so with this impeachment process as I think people are getting tired of it. It has become nothing but noise and won't go any were even if the Dem's vote to impeach. And in the long run I believe it will cost them votes by continuing with it. I'm sure the Dem's feel if they keep it up going into the election it will help beat Trump. But I all hear and is people complaining they can't watch their regular TV programs because of the hearings and probably 90 % of the people could care less about this political crap. Well maybe the Dem's have something else up their sleeve's to help promote their cause, I think they will need something else to help their cause.....

Well, that's the thing -- they've run out of ideas. They have to resort to the most bizarre proposals just to have something to say.

If they had anything at all it would have already been presented with hopes of removing Trump so they could start with Pence.

They are wanting this to extend into the next election hoping it will hurt Trump. Instead it shows what the democrat party consist of and they will have to account also for not making a single contribution for the past 4 years.

No one thinks Trump is guilty and no one thinks Trump should be removed from office except for those who want him removed.

What's the old expression?: "want in one hand and s**t in the other and see which one fills up the quickest".

              That's deep.

Let's suppose for the moment that the people who want Trump re-elected don't care how he does it, just so that he wins. That would mean they've already rationalized any illegal or unethical actions he or his organization has committed or will commit, on the grounds that this war, and as the Germans say, "Not kennt kein Gebot" ("Necessity knows no law".) It follows then that evidence of misdeeds by Trump would fall like water off of a duck's back to people of a certain mind. But while the base does not care how many people have to go to jail in service to the cause of getting Trump re-elected, those people whose butts would be in the legal sling may not see it that way. From that perspective, impeachment is certainly right by the 2020 campaign, and probably right by the history written 20 years from now. Eventually Trump's spell will be broken and such details of his time in office that survive the inevitable burning and shredding will make for a sorry picture.

                Yeah, yeah, yeah, sure.

I think I'll go along with what I see, hear and experience from the news and credible sources.

Ray I'll hear the news from any direction. And asked to objectively describe a situation, I'll rise to the challenge.

Full time Trump partisans can't do that, so they assume that anyone not with them is against them.

I'll prove it--can anyone here who likes Trump nonetheless succinctly and in neutral terms describe the case against him? No! And no one will make the attempt, because to even do so suggests that they're not fully on board. Can't have that.

Hard core superfans hate superfans of other teams, and find non fans incomprehensible.
