convinced that she won in 2016 but was cheated out of her victory. So here comes 2020,

Hog wash. She is to late to get anything effective going. However, simply b/c she is to late, it would be wonderful if she were to get in the race. It'd really mess up the demokrats electoral calculations. It would very effectively split up demokrat voters such that by the time November rolled around, it'd be Trump w/ the demokrat whoever a distant second b/c of all the hurt feelings, anger and resentment among demokrat voters whose preferred candidate was not nominated.
