    NO Judge, it's not better late than never ...

    So now after all this time, the chief FISA Judge gets on her high horse
    and blasts the FBI for hoodwinking her. I think this is a Shakespearean
    "I think she doth protest too much" moment, and I don't believe her, not
    for an instant. If she were truly outraged she would have spoken up sooner
    as the evidence has been out there for all to see and was long before the IG
    presented his findings. Judges are supposed to judge according to the
    law but we all know they have their own sets of biases based on their
    Conservative or liberal leanings. I think hers are on the side of the latter.

    Which raises a point I have made before. Judges are RESPONSIBLE for insuring the affidavits supporting an application for a warrant are accurate -- and for issuing bench warrants for the arrest of the liars.
