    World's first uncrackable code ?...

    Just like Enigma ?
    I remember when satellite TV reception came via eight foot diameter
    dishes together with an encrypted receiver. That code was broken in
    short order and each new encryption system suffered the same fate.

      Not enough technical information in the article to know, but the fact that they are mentioning quantum computers makes this more National Enquirer than National Reconnaissance Office.
