Seems to me that when we leave, the whole Mideast will
be a haven for Iran, Russia and probably China.
China is already well established in various parts of southern Africa
building roads, townships and airstrips.

We left via ships and airplanes. I left on a RAF Hasting that
was leaking oil from the outer starboard engine. Pilot officer
who came to look at it had a huge handlebar mustache.

My experience is, they took it home with them.

I was in Egypt and the British Army was scouring the battlefields and piling up all the junk they could find to ship home to Britain as scrap metal.
