won't make any difference because they won't be charged
with perjury anyway. These people never are.
So, don't bother calling them and don't allow the democrats
to call any either.

In general I would be OK with lots of witnesses, but things might devolve into a circus. For sure there is a story there to be told about what Trump's henchmen were doing in Ukraine, which to the best of my knowledge has not yet been rebutted, and preventing that story from being told is a hill that Moscow Mitch is prepared to die on.
