    A really"safe" knife is called a Spoon ...

    So, they're making knives with flat ends. That will stop
    stabbings but it won't stop s slashings. So, logically, the
    next step would be to make knives Blunt. Great, that will stop
    slashings, but how are you going to slice onions and tomatoes ?
    Answer; make sharp edged spoons ? Oh oh, you can still slash
    with a sharp spoon and you can stab with a fork.
    When you start trying to make things "safe" where do you stop ?

    isn't that style basically a Japanese Chef's knife?

    straight razors shaped that way as well,,,,,




    how about a Spork? can they have Sporks in the UK?

      Table knives have blunt ends for just that reason, to keep diners from stabbing each other.
