You want to be careful there. I tried to sic my pit bull on an armadillo, and he wouldn't sic. Then someone told me what diseases armadillos carry.

Imagine what diseases dogs could get from Congress.

When, back in the 50's, we used to go to the city dump Everything from slingshots, air rifles and 22RF would reduce the rat population. Then that was outlawed!

Use to do that myself. There's a lot of fun things to shoot at a dump. On lucky days I would run across a snake.
