    Impeachment Testimony

For awhile there I figured the fix was in and McConnell's line would hold...no witnesses, immediately move to acquit after presentation of cases, even skipping the opportunity to ask questions of the prosecution and defense. Now I'm not so sure. It's possible they'll force Trump to sweat out a little testimony, in order to make it look like the Senate took this seriously. We'll know soon, and if there are witnesses I'd expect Bolton among them.

Let's not be like Bill Maher and his ilk and wish misfortune on our fellow Americans in order to gain a political advantage. A good, strong economy will help both the American people and Trump.

From what I read, Bolton's book is like a Christmas present boxed in popcorn... when you dig through the popcorn, the box is empty.

I'm betting the witness thing blows over.

It could be worse for the Democrats, it blows up and demolishes the Biden political family. Bernie is surging, "Mike" will spend his $$$ with little to show and last is Hillary to save the day...again! If this was a book it would have to be listed under fiction as who would believe it? The best economy in decades and the best in the world, yet a portion of the population wants to stop it and return to Obamaville settings of poverty, welfare, and more government control over your life. That is except for a few who will play the block wardens in their AO.

So Bolton wrote a book, so what, anybody can write a book! Just like Hillary's book "Why I Lost", blames everybody but themselves. Both full of lies and unsubstantiated facts. Very cheesey!

You put your finger right on it -- in the poorest dictatorships, the followers of the dictator live better than anyone else.

                    I believe so too.

The GOP stated that if the democrats got to bring in Bolton that they would bring in Hunter Biden. The dems don't want that and the GOP said that Bolton did not have enough evidence or credibility to persuade any of them so why wouldn't the democrats back off?

Also from what I've read is that if Biden did a no-show after being subpoenaed that would result in an acquittal.

Bolton is just a vindictive back stabber.
His book will be in the Dollar Store within a week of publication.

I just read where the WH banned the book due to classified info being exposed.

The White House has told former national security adviser John Bolton not to publish his upcoming tell-all about his time in the Trump administration until classified material is removed from the manuscript.

I'm not sure that the Dems should be afraid to bring in Biden ... Hunter or otherwise ...

after all he's not being impeached , nor on trial as even the Ukraine doesn't appear to claim he's broken any of their laws... or ours .

As far as Bolton goes.... why wouldn't he have any credibility ??.... he was credible enough to be accepted by the GOP {and you} to be the National Security Advisor to our "Real Estate Salesman in Chief"

and if Biden did perform a no show .... at least it wouldn't occur under the direction of the President .....

..... by the way, what kind of President directs members of his government and aides to withhold evidence and ignore subpoenas ...... ?

likely one who is afraid the truth will get out ....seems we're all terrified of truth right now...... shame on us.

and .P.S ..... no way Bolton is foolish enough to have attempted to publish classified or secret information.... the man is terrified of the book .... why ?
