"What are they not telling us". Have you seen the Chinese parades? They can march. I expect they can slap a hospital up in short order,even though it was built from other buildings.
The wiring I wonder about. One little loose connection can cause problems. I wonder about the plumbing. I doubt the Chinese gov is all that concerned about the current flu. They just like building things.
