we already have a section to buy sell trade,Between Gun Smoke's amorous feelings towards Justin Bieber, and Ray's concerns over sensual posts, its obvious that someone is using this forum like FarmersOnly.com.
Lyman, can you add a Jouster singles section? If he's trying to find a guy that smells like Bieber, he could do much better than me. LOL

Utopian dreams?
Gun Smoke is free to put me on ignore. But insofar as his mission here seems to be to confront any deviation from the party line, an ignore list seems contrary to the mission. And history's verdict on Trump won't be here for a long time, so there's stuff to talk about.Comment

This coming from someone who hijacks every single thread and sometimes every single comment that is pro-Trump, pro-America, pro-Jouster forum.Utopian dreams?

Put you on ignore? You should be so lucky.

Remains to be seen which one. LOL"The first gun that was fired at Fort Sumter sounded the death-knell of slavery. They who fired it were the greatest practical abolitionists this nation has produced." ~BG D. UllmanComment

Forgot to add:
Most Americans find using free speech to honestly criticize those in power to be a more fitting activity than say professing unqualified loyalty to power itself, as is the custom in so many less fortunate lands. With every on-point critique of Trump, someone somewhere gives fresh witness to one of the most important things about being an American.
Would have been ditto for President Hillary had she won, just as it was here for President Obama. The problem in the country isn't that Trump is President so much as the cult-like behavior that surrounds him. Entire subjects, such as our reckless Federal fiscal policies, become taboo in the GOP out of a need to not criticize the Dear Leader. It has nothing to do with Conservatism in any general sense at all. That's just a cover. Everything it seems gets bent through the prism of loyalty to Trump. I cannot imagine anything more antagonistic to American political tradition that that.Comment

How about this then. True or False:
Part of the duty of an American citizen is to consider the issues in an engaged and informed way, using reason, not just belief or superstition, and certainly not exclusively per religious doctrine.
Conservatives consider themselves the natural repository of the best practices and traditions of American citizenry.
True, and True. Right? This is, therefore, exactly the place to pick a bone with power.Comment
