She left out the usual words -something like -" I have the honor .."
Whether or not Trump deliberately avoided her proffered hand is up for debate
although I can imagine his not wanting to touch her. I certainly wouldn't in his place.
She retaliated by tearing up his speech. She got the last word as most women do.
The episode was rather childish really. I'd even bet she stamped her foot.
