    In Defiance.... of the King

Judge { as in an "American Judge" } Amy Berman Jackson just did the right thing... for all of us

She defied the intimidation of our King and sentenced that Assange loving traitor to The United States "Roger Stone" to a prison term for crimes he did commit .

Roger Stone deserves his sentence and if the King commutes that sentence.... well the King deserves a sentence as well

A obama judge ignored the prosecutor requested 7-10 year sentence and handed down a ... what ... 40 month sentence. Maybe she didn't listen to President Trump. Maybe she did. One thing is for sure. There is a whole lot of difference between 144 months ... and 40 months. Perhaps that will be enough to sooth the hurt feelings of those still seething in anger that they failed again to eliminate President Trump. Wonder how they will respond when the President places more conservatives on the federal judiciary. Doubtless they will really hit the roof if a opening develops on the SCOTUS. Sincerely. bruce.

well if the President commutes the sentence, then Stone will just serve whatever if any time served, and still be convicted, as in on his record,

      did you mean pardon?

More BS from an ignorant ass. The sentence was less than half the minimum recommended by the prosecutors. Trump said the 7 to 9 years was unjust and they were. There are rapists that raped and killed little girls that get 4.5 years...

You think anybody that loves America and wants everybody to be prosperous, should get life in prison. You really need to move to Colombia, Cuba, or Venezuela where you could be comfortable with Socialist dictators that will tell you how to live, what you can eat, and wnen to breathe.

Not exactly the same as being truly punished for doing wrong is it Lyman ? why don't we just abolish judges and courts all together ?

let Trump take care of it all and save us all a lot of money

he is still a felon, if he gets commuted , so there is that,

              if pardoned, then bad optics,

this level of political games happens,, not much you or I can do about it but grumble,
maybe cheaper to let him go than to fund his min security prison stay?

no Boggs the people is YOU. And you are letting the man crap on what you claim to believe in and even defend his "right" to do so ,

Presidents should stay well clear of expressing their opinions on judicial cases....

That's what you believed when Obama was in office wasn't it..... what changed your mind ?
