What does one expect of sheeple looking for a "Leader" from the left to take care of them and shear them periodically?

This seems kind of odd. Twenty countries that have one case of virus each.

        — Armenia 1

        — Azerbaijan: 1

        — Cambodia: 1

        — Ecuador: 1

        — Egypt: 1

        — Estonia: 1

        — Iceland: 1

        — Ireland: 1

        — Lithuania: 1

        — Monaco: 1

        — Nepal: 1

        — New Zealand: 1

        — Nigeria: 1

        — North Macedonia: 1

Nothing like a world wide hoax caused by the Dems! With all that power the Reps. don't stand a chance! Or maybe the world Gov'ts are trying to stop a "REAL BAD VIRUS" from spreading world wide. IMHO

FWIW...For a country that holds its citizens in contempt like they do, China acted incredibly fast with drastic measures.

If Trump is feeling negative waves, he can blame himself for politicizing the response in his emotional support rallies. Who can feel sorry for the guy is beyond me.

It wasn't anti-Trump hysteria that led the Alabama GOP to voice alarm over the HHS plan to relocate people in Federal quarantine to Anniston. Trump did put the kibosh on the plan, which seemed half-baked. Was that politics over policy?

Introduce her to my wife -- they'll have a ball together.

Folks do the math on this virus. News reports say that doctors in Hong Kong first reported seeing a mysterious virus the first week of January. This prompted the CHICOMS to fess up that they had a problem. Some doctors have said the incubation of this virus is 14 to 24 days and people can test positive and show now symptoms. So I think its safe to assume that Chinese travelers have been spreading this virus internationally since mid December and I'm betting a percentage of the people who thought they had the flu actually had this virus and just weren't tested for it.

But there is no doubt that the virus and how governments are handling it is causing problems for millions of people. I don't know if the response is right or wrong. My wife's cousin is a teacher in China and just returned to China via Korea. He was stateside for a funeral. He is starting to report to us what he is seeing. His friends and co workers were told to stay inside for 14 days. 14 Days now has turned into 7 weeks. I can't imagine telling citizens of the US that you can't leave your homes for even a few days let alone 7 weeks. However I fear this is going to happen.

At the Casemate Museum at Fort Monroe, VA, there is a photograph of a quarantine line at Hampton, VA in the 1800s. Yellow fever was raging, and the whole city was sealed off. The men patrolling the quarantine line were carrying rifles -- and would shoot!!
