      Don't know what to say to you....Except to Just call the VA and get a copy of the form so you can find out what the questions are. I'm sure it's probably a standard form with a VA form number for it. Just call to get a copy or how to order one.......

        That it's a standard form is irrelevant. They are asking questions they have no right to ask, and they have used the information against veterans, blocking their ability to own firearms.

        Let me point out that I know the VA very well -- I'm enrolled and I'm a Priority 1 veteran.

          Ok, I get it now, you are saying that the VA is not authorized to ask those questions? And as far as that goes, no doctor can, right. Ok, that's your opinion..talk about wearing a subject out, I'm done with it now....

            I'm saying the Constitution sets the rules. You cannot be required to be a witness against yourself.
