Trump is the king of technicalities when escaping white collar prosecutions (or tax payments) and so you should offer Hillary the same courtesy. Or, accept that Trump's own DOJ has declined to prosecute her. Now if she knocks off a liquor store at 1AM, by all means go to town on her.

Her actions for allowing the Benghazi attack alone should have brought her life behind bars or possibly execution.
