    According to the California High School Graduation Test, he has to know plus, minus, multiplied by, divided by, the square root symbol and the infinity symbol. He doesn't actually have to add two and two to pass.

            On Togovorich's last exam the "perfessor" wrote on the board a 1 and another 1 and asked for a sum. Proudly our "friend" wrote it is 11 and told the "perfessor" the correct answer.
            This is why Togovorich became a "trained" engineer and went to China to work on his first job. Did anyone read about the building that "fell" down on the virus victims?
