The hoax statement came out way before any reliable information was known that the virus was a real threat when China was keeping the seriousness of it a secret. Once it was determined to be real and a serious threat, things moved quickly to find a way to fight it and provide people with help...

You are assuming a lot. Number one being “patients had ‘do not resuscitate’ orders?’

There is no such thing in China. Patients don’t have a choice... resuscitate or not is decided by the State. The patient or family has no say in the matter.

That is the utopian goal that Nationalist/Socialist/Democrat party dreams about. A wonderful dictatorship, where the Great Leader (Tovar?) decides who lives or dies... not the family and not the patients .
