Count yourself fortunate. We have 5 major hospitals within 30 minutes of our residence, thankfully our infection rate is much lower with social distancing. ICU can only do so much if you can't breathe. All the resources in the world won't keep someone alive if it's their time.Last edited by Roadkingtrax; 04-15-2020, 11:56."The first gun that was fired at Fort Sumter sounded the death-knell of slavery. You should talk to my wife. In the early '70s, when I was stationed at Fort Benning, she worked at the hospital at Buena Vista, Georgia. She used to come home with her eyes as big as dinner plates to tell me what she had seen.
But nowadays there is a network of small "triage" hospitals that feed a large central hospital.Comment

you would think that bordering WVa (aka Left Va
) there would be a taller spot in Ohio,,,,
here near RVA, we are only a few hundred feet above sealevel, but are considered Peidmont (rolling hills)
Afton (1900') is about an hour west,,
we do have Mt Rogers, not quite a mile highComment

Witnessed? Where in S. Ohio have you seen Antifa or Democrats in brown shirts screaming at you? You wore stripes with plaid to work one day and got teased for it? Can't abide co-workers wearing earth tones?Last edited by togor; 04-16-2020, 07:17.Comment
