Why do these bureaucrats get everything arse upwards ?
The Captain wrote a letter to the Navy Dept asking for help
because his men were coming down from the virus picked
up from the Ship's visit to Vietnam (an ordered visit).
Someone in the Navy dept leaked it to the Press - and the
Captain gets fired ? What about the goddamn leaker - why hasn't
his arse been fired ? Oh, that's right I forgot about the chain
of command "Sh!t rolls downhill" and the Captain was lower
down than the leaker. This virus pandemic is child's play
compared to the pandemic of corruption in all branches of our government.
