I don't hate Trump. I've never met the man. Who knows, over a Diet Coke and KFC combo he might be a fun guy. But he hits all the marks for lousy boss who is bad at his job. I think this kind of oversimplistic analysis is not doing Trump's opposition any favors. Obama was also clearly out of his depth as President, but he had a strong cadre of experienced bureaucrats in the State Department and all other agencies who shared his progressive vision. He didn't have to tell them to do anything. They did what they did because they were all on the same page. Makes it at lot easier. Obama and Trump both suffer from extreme arrogance in which they first thought that their presence and persuasion along with the weight of the Office could carry the day on any issue. Trump butting heads with various federal agency heads was not surprising. What was not anticipated was that National Security, Law enforcement, and State Department high level operatives would actively try to unseat him to undo an election.
