Representatives, Senators, and Presidents - all of the Democrat ilk, have
attempted and succeeded, at least for a while of spitting on it. The problem
is that the violators are never held to account. Never charged. Nothing, and
it takes months, sometimes years to reverse whatever illegal ban they dumped
on legal gun owners. Lawsuits are out of the reach of most due to the exorbitant
amount lawyers charge for their supposed expertise so the only ones able to
bring suit are those that can use taxpayer money, as is the case here.
As long as Politicians are allowed to get away with this flouting of the law then
then they'll have no reason to stop doing what they are doing. And they won't.
