They won't learn because they don't care. Look at our resident socialists, beating the drum for a mental defective for President.

After finishing my degree up and getting my first position in my area I needed to add a class. So I went to the local large state University to take the class, while there they were doing a study on the voting Trends. So for about five weeks the student paper would present a list of candidates that would be running by party and what office. They then added in how they stood on different programs and views. Also the names of the candidates for both party's would be very shocking. They had Hitler running Stalin and more that should never get a vote. What was the end result Democrats on average will always vote for their person not caring how evil that person is. Republicans on average will stay home and not vote if they do not like the candidates. Also Democrats tend to vote straight party lines.

-The answer is quite simple. Conservatives and Republicans are smarter. People in lower class neighborhoods are living in lower class neighborhoods because their income is across the board lower than those living more prosperous 'hoods. Uneducated, ignorant people, are being infected at a much higher rate than people who have college degrees and can afford to live better than the people that didn't pay attention in high school.-

The scientific results of corvid and education is still up there. Until we get the actual demographics, which might be suppressed(would you be surprised?). You know how the democrats and republicans are.

Carbine64- that's a great party trick. I can push a quarter through this hole. College kids like and fall for that kind of thing. Your were what, 25 back then?

RTK, pretty good, I actually get it. We should get back to basics right? Bernie would be astounded: I got what I wanted and I didn't even win(insert Bernie action). Maybe it's not exactly what he had pictured. Have no idea what they young lady had envisioned(insert AOC histrionics).

Ghost employees: So, if you were hired a week before the onslaught and got laid off, you get the same amount of money as the oldtimers? That would be the guys hired 18 months before you were.

A little of this, a little of that.

Sorry 31 at the time and it was a study by the College of Political science, most University's are made up of College's.My major was History and needed a class for that state that we were living in.The State History that I had was not correct for the state now working in.Also the study was not just for the dumb students but for three counties in the area.Due to fact we were in the 1980's it was by phone calls.Only thing I did with the study was to answer the questions when called.

local radio had a woman from the ACLU on this morning,

she was waxing poetic about the dangers of Covid in the prison system, and how some prisoners would be released,
mainly, she said, those that had non violent crimes ,or crime committed many many (she mentioned 30) years ago and near the end of their sentence,

most she said would be in their 50's or older,

it was said that since they did not get a life sentence, why should they be locked up and die from the beerflu in prison,, and at least in VA, the numbers would be low,

seems like a grand idea (sarcasm) since a prisoner with a long sentence will have somewhere to go now, or have a place to work,,,,,

And, of course, the prisoners with long sentences are the ones who DIDN'T commit serious crimes.

they were apparently young impressionable yutes that were just on the way to the store to get some skittles, working on their GED, and getting their life on the right track

and some judge decided to put them in the slammer for 30+ yrs,

That's gotta be it -- good thing they didn't release all those serial killers before they completed their 30-day sentences.

Finding them again will be like trying to catch an individual snowflake
after it's landed on the snowbank.
