Whenever something goes wrong which is once a month, the
animals always find themselves on the short end of the stick.
And they can't leave so they're at the mercy of the local
bureaucrats who don't give a sh!t. The Keepers for the most
part (I assume) care for their charges but are between a rock
and a place regards feeding the animals, especially the meat eaters -
I'd suggest letting the big cats loose to roam around cleaning up the
strays, especially the pit bulls and rockweilers. Or even better, set
them loose in the Mayor's office. Bureaucrats are probably hard to
digest but better than nothing.
