General Flynn anyone?

The documents recently obtained by Flynn's current Attorney explains this chain of events quite well. Flynn was ambushed and threatened by unethical FBI agents who knew from their own prior investigations that Flynn was not guilty of anything, yet they plowed on, because they had a political agenda to prosecute him or get him to plead guilty. That is clear from the documents. He spent 4 million dollars in legal fees and they threatened to go after his son in the end as well. They broke him. If they can do that to Flynn, they can do it to anyone. This kind of evil BS shouldn't happen in America.Comment

Who forced Flynn to not disclose his foreign lobbying to the government as the law requires? Well, Hillary, obviously, but how? Flynn had CDS?
Flynn's a greaseball, unfit for public service. Which means he's perfect for a job with Giuliani bilking former Soviet republics out of huge consulting fees.Comment

He was not a lobbyist. He was part of the Trump transition team and had every legal right to talk to foreign diplomats. The Logan Act did not apply to Flynn, the FBI knew this and the newly released documents confirm that. You are regurgitating very old and obsolete talking points.Who forced Flynn to not disclose his foreign lobbying to the government as the law requires? Well, Hillary, obviously, but how? Flynn had CDS?

Obama disliked Flynn immensely, Flynn testified against Andrew McCabe in an unrelated matter. He had enemies and he was abrasive and opinionated he also worked for Trump, who won the election and put a lot of people at the FBI in a panic. That doesn't make him a greaseball. It did make him a target.Last edited by TSimonetti; 05-04-2020, 06:01.Comment

Yeah right.
I admit I do get a little tired of Red endlessly blathering on about traitors. The fact is his kind are responsible for more degradation in the rule of law than all of the liberals in the country x100. Personally I have a feeling there is a little corner of his brain that still works, the part that once posted to the effect "I'm rarely wrong about someone but when I am it's big", which is coming to terms with the fact that his Chosen One can't possibly be having a rougher time of it than Lincoln. And so when that fellow goes on Fox News to cry about how mean the press is to him, that working piece in Red's brain goes "holy sh*t" and the resulting reaction is to lash out. I told Red back in 2016 that his guy wasn't built for this job. The fact that Red sees it too must eat at him to no end.
Actually I see Red voting for Biden, secretly, and compensating for that, Larry Craig style, by shouting vociferously the other way. And the more aggressive he gets in his support of the other candidate, the more I'll know he is overcompensating.Last edited by togor; 05-04-2020, 07:50.Comment

When they strap your crying, pleading, cowardly ass onto the stretcher, then you will stop lying and trying to overthrow the U.S, Constitution.Yeah right.

Stretcher? Feeling fine but thanks for caring.
Look, it's simple: 100% of me and 5% of you wants government run by competent people who can work together at all levels with each other and the private sector in a time of national crisis, without showboating or raving about bleach injections or tyranny or the dangers of vaccines, to limit the damage this epidemic does to the people of this country. Not necessarily the great pots of wealth that some have amassed, but the people.
Meanwhile 95% of you still wants to leave this to Trump, whose number one priority is to not get fired come November, and number two right behind it is to protect those great pots of money, which he sees as the real essence of America. About the virus itself he could not give a crap, except for the fact that it is far better than he is at sowing chaos and is thereby wrecking his own chaotic plans as fast as he writes them.
Stay safe!Comment

That may be true,
in normal times, when the stakes are lower,
but the USA has been fortunate that in abnormal times, people upped their game.
Short list, IMO,
Washington, Lincoln, FDR.
Right now we have the opposite. Anything Covid related they don't punt on, they give to Kushner to do.
Jared Kushner -- yet another guy whose middle name might as well be F*cking.Comment

not gonna find it, those would have been eaten alive or disillusioned and out of politics by now,
had to sound all 'togor negative' but today's politicians are all narcissist, and sometimes beholden to or handled by others,
on both sides,
btw, some think of Lincoln as a Tyrant, and one of those that started some of the issues we have today, (and not talking about slavery)Comment

Another out and out made up lie. All you know is to tell people what they believe when in fact you have no clue what is in their minds. 95%+ of the people want the Government to be in their lives the least amount possible. Your garbage and total propaganda about what people want is what you think they want. You want the government to totally control every aspect af peoples lives from pre-conception to the funeral pyre.... more and bigger government, to hell with freedom, to hell with free speech, to hell with personal ambition and hard work, the Government will take care of you.Meanwhile 95% of you still wants to leave this to Trump, whose number one priority is to not get fired come November, and number two right behind it is to protect those great pots of money, which he sees as the real essence of America. You are a traitor, a conniving , back stabbing , radical that wants to end the America as we know it. You have been wrong with everything you said here about America, and those of us who are proud to be Americans. That includes Trump by the way. You, on the other hand hate us and America.Last edited by RED; 05-06-2020, 04:20.Comment

Hey Red, let's bump you to a 10/90 grasp on reality. Google 'Kevin Hassett' and read about his awesome Covid death modeling that was used by the super-competent Trump Administration to grossly under-predict the death rates in May. The Best People!!!
Added: Red if I hated you I would just spew bile at you like you do towards everyone. Instead I'm trying to help you find a way back from a seriously bad bet that you placed on Trump. According to the old magazine articles on deprogramming cult members, your kind of vile pushback is normal in the early stages. Let's keep at it and with some luck one day you'll wake up and be the Red you were before Trump came along.Last edited by togor; 05-06-2020, 05:20.Comment
