Only one of MANY similar killings, false info from a snitch, wrong address, etc. As far as these killers identifying themselves as police, anybody who's ever seen TV coverage of one of these raids knows that they are usually conducted NOT by cool-headed professionals, but by hysterical cowards screaming incoherently. Which of you in the same situation might not have reacted just as the victim's boyfriend?

Get into a dispute with someone who knows you have a lot of guns, get reported--ANONYMOUSLY--as a possible terrorist, drug dealer, etc., & you could find the same thing happening to YOU at 3 am.

Yes, they ARE idiots to resist, & that huge fatso killed in NYC is another. By no means does it justify the knee on the throat AFTER he already been cuffed, but how can they think they can get away with resisting, even if the arrest is illegal? Such behavior isn't consistent with the idea of being "terrified" by police--if they were "terrified", wouldn't they comply instantly?
