neither, ORC is a bunch of thieves that target retailers and steal higher end and cost items that can be flipped quickly,

in the Grocery biz that would be stuff like laundry detergent, and other high cost consumables,

they pay someone (or several) to scout out a store during the busy time, go in, load up a shopping cart or 2, and then head out a door while everyone is too busy,
they will have a scout or 2 to see if the door is clear and not watched,

some will take it to a central location and resell online or as a 'distributor' to smaller chains or stores,

others will just head to the local gypsy or asian markets in the hood and flip it quickly , at about 1/2 retail or less
