Biden plagiarism scandal during law school,currently declining mentally

Wrote a 15 pg paper and 5 pg were from a law review article which he did not attribute or footnote. Law school finally gave him an F and let him retake the course ( grqde of 80.

Scandal apparently doomed a 1988 presidential run.

Final standing in law school was 76 th in class of 85.

So, never brilliant and now needs his wife and handlers to conceal his decline and if he wins, to run the country for him.

88 was the second presidential election I voted in, the clear decision then was Bush,

Wonder who he paid to take his tests? Passing the bar...heaven forbid and miss a drink? Biden is showing signs of mental deterioration due to wet brain syndrome and yes, I have treated some with this syndrome.
