Is this the beginning of the new revolution?

Trump says 'domestic terrorists' and 'ugly anarchists' have overrun Seattle and tells 'radical left Dems' to 'take back their city NOW, or I will' - as protesters set up armed checkpoints at six-block 'cop-free, autonomous zone'

Demonstrators have taken control of a six-block area of downtown Seattle and are manning barricades

There are reports of armed patrols demanding ID to enter the 'Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone'
    .

Federalize the guard and have them to restore the city to local control...for what that is worth. Could this act be considered treason under our Constitution? I already know what our left wingers will say but unfortunately we will still hear from them.

CHAZ will be a failed experiment.

Reminds me to go watch Les Miserables, we know how that ended.

Correct. Hopefully the A-holes will start killing each other and save us the time and effort. Haven't seen LM.

President Lincoln knew how to deal with rioters. During the bloody riots in Baltimore during the Civil War he brought in a division of infantry which had fought at Gettysburg. They shot all the rioters and that ended it, period.

So far no flames, credit for which may go to protestors and police both.

Perhaps the protestors should look to past occupations for messaging advice. Seattle is a city but it's a western city.

Ammon Bundy said Monday he and his fellow armed protesters were occupying a remote Oregon wildlife refuge in part to prevent a war between the government and the people.

Trump's advisors are probably telling him to avoid another Waco-style episode of martyr creation.

And....what's the difference between the guys in these two photos? One is Seattle, the other is Coeur d'Alene.

Bit of a difference. The Seattle group is kind of taking over a few blocks of the city and telling people they are now the government within those city blocks.

All the people have to do is say they're protecting the residents from the police.

Who is to say they're wrong? Not Ammon Bundy. And that's why the Idaho militiaman could shake the hand of the man mourning the killing of George Floyd.

They're wrong, but because of the balls vacuum this happens.
