    Cops

The Utopians are on the march. The result is cop haters on the left and right are starting to get their wish. Having achieved the cancellation of cop reality shows the Anarchists and Bolsheviks are now demanding the cancellation of all police dramas on television and in the movies. To any fans of "NCIS" or "Blue Bloods," they're coming for your show next. Book burners on parade. Mark Harmon, Mariska Hargitay and Clint Eastwood, be prepared to bow and kiss the ring. Police departments where the most violence has been are starting to see resignations and early retirements on an alarming scale. I suspect its going to be almost impossible to recruit cops at any level, because anyone who has any sense or judgement wouldn't apply for the job. As I've said before, here and other places, nobody wants to be an outcast, much less a pariah.

When Utopians get their way Dystopia follows. Seattle's East Precinct area is firmly in control of Antifa and their armed security wing (yep they do have that) is now the de facto law in six square blocks of that city and there is no guarantee they're leaving. I never thought we'd see a country largely secured by militias and committees of vigilance but I'm having some doubts now and if that happens its going to be uglier than most Americans could possibly imagine.

I went to my local Academy to buy a fishing rod holder and stopped by the ammo section. Not a single box of pistol ammo in any caliber was left, no 5.56mm/223 or 7.62x39mm either. There was one box of .30 Carbine and I bought it for my wife. Just from conversations with some of my friends, not all gun owners either, people are truly spooked. A dear friend of many years, one of the sweetest, kindest most pacifistic ladies I ever met called very concerned for my opinion. This gal doesn't scare but she was definitely nervous.

You Trump haters should be especially nervous about this, especially since you're on the verge of nominating another weak candidate. Regular "Joe's" and "Jane's" fear anarchy above all else. Hey, it got Nixon elected...twice.

Nixon was arguably one of the worst Presidents. His stupid wage and price freezes was a socialist "fix," that exploded on Carter's watch. Supposedly, he was battling inflation when in fact he was spreading chicken poop that fertilized the devastating inflation and interest rates that came later. Today people are trying to erase history. It happened and it's going to happen here, again, and soon. All the the radical left wing Socialist, anti Americans are doing is spreading more fertilizer. It will have the same result (or worse) and trash the economy for a future "Carter."

Red, my friend, you're preaching to the choir about Nixon.

My local gun shop gave me a good trade on 1/m of Wolf 5.56 that was surplus to me. I found out too late my Mini doesn't like steel cases, just brass. He was glad to get the ammo and has it for a "good" price.

I have said it before, if you don't handload, you ain't right. Lay in a few slips of primers, a couple of 8-pound kegs of powder, and all the wheel weights you can get.

I have access to a virtually unlimited supply of lead bricks, but don't shoot cast.
