This crap is spreading like a virus and it is now happening in Philly. They have now taken over large sections of the The Parkway and declared it as their own. This is where there are many expensive high rise apartment buildings are located. The occupants are mainly wealthy retired people.

It will be interesting to see what the Jackass Mayor Kenny will do.

Probably nothing -- and people should be grateful. The last time the Philadelphia police tried to deal with a bunch of thugs like this, they hovered a helicopter over the building in question, lay down a bomb and flew off The bomb went off, blew a hole in the roof and set the building on fire. The fire spread to adjoining buildings and burnt down the whole neighborhood.
