everyone wants change, and change now, on how the police operate,

granted the high profile cases have brought national attention and all this BS in the past 19 days, so SOMETHING MUST be done, and SOMETHING WILL be done,

jury is still out on what, and if it will make a difference,


the big white elephant(s) in the room are that the changes need to happen culturally,

both in the communities, where the behavior is apparently condoned,
and in the gov't, where the folks have elected the people that have (or maybe have not) implemented the policies,


and oddly enough, the folks protesting seem to have the same demographics as those in charge,



so I'll ask again, why is that allowed ?? and why is no one looking at that?
